Take part in Executive Chef Sergio Sigala’s intimate class as he teaches you how to prepare his favorite Italian dish, Casoncelli; Ravioli with prosciutto, parmigiano, and bread served with brown butter, sage and pancetta. Couldn’t be more delicious. Class is $45 per person.
